Work smarter, not harder. That's the whole post really, but let me explain.
The tablet. It's not the 1900s. Nobody needs to write their name and contact info on a list. Create a simple form on JotForm, load it on a tablet and collect contacts like a professional. And not for nothing, people's handwriting is terrible. You'll lose 50% of your new contacts before you even get the folding table to collapse.
The baskets. Hear me out. Remember the last tabling event you attended? The tables with piles of loose flyers and random stress balls looked chaotic. Put those same items in a basket and everything instantly looks intentional and elevated. These baskets are amazing. They nest, fold flat, take abuse and are machine washable. You can also carry stuff in them to the event. 🤯
Amazon Fresh. The days of stress-fueled extra stops on the way to an event are over. How many times have you spilled your coffee rushing to a store because you forgot something? Order the night before. Water, snacks, hand sanitizer, a small trash bag delivered to your door or straight to the venue. You're already paying for Prime. Use it. The tote. Hearty, strong and perfect for your personal items. Tissues, umbrella, multi-charger. The stuff that's yours and only yours.
The wagon. My personal favorite and I take it everywhere. Stop carrying things. Your back doesn't work like it used to and you have brochures, branded water bottles, pens and god-knows-what-else to haul in. The wagon handles it. Trunk-ready and worth every inch of trunk space.
Show up organized. Leave with actual contact information you can read.
