All physical items are made to order.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
