Digital Products
Many products sold on this site are digital downloads unless otherwise stated. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You received the incorrect item
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Unauthorized Sharing
All products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared. Unauthorized use may result in revoked access.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly.
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
All physical items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
Production & Shipping
All items are made to order. Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production
- Additional time for shipping depending on location
